Cleaning was done very well on our rug, an antique Romanian wool area rug. The colors are brighter than I ever remember them being. Pick up service was perfect, and when I had an issue with delivery times, the owner dealt with issue courteously and promptly. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs an Oriental rug cleaned.
